By accessing or using the Alana AI mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted within the App with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. Service Description
Alana AI is a mobile application that provides personalized spiritual guidance by combining:
- MBTI personality type insights
- Human Design chart interpretations
- Numerological calculations
- Astrological transit information
The App uses artificial intelligence (advanced AI model) to generate personalized guidance and answer your spiritual questions. The App is intended for entertainment and personal development purposes only.
3. Account Terms
3.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 15 years old to use Alana AI. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
For users aged 15-17: If you are between 15 and 18 years old, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use this app and agree to these Terms. By creating an account, you confirm that you have obtained such permission.
3.2 Account Responsibility
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- One account per person; sharing accounts is prohibited
- You must provide accurate birth data for calculations to be meaningful
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
3.3 Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.
4. Subscription Terms
4.1 Premium Subscription
Alana AI offers a premium subscription at $5.99/month with a 7-day free trial.
Premium benefits include:
- Unlimited AI conversations (50 questions/day vs 3 for free users)
- Ad-free experience
- Advanced cosmic calendar insights
- Priority access to new features
4.2 Billing and Renewal
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account
- Subscription management and cancellation are handled through your App Store or Play Store account settings
- No refunds for partial subscription periods
4.3 Free Trial
- New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial
- If you don't cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged $5.99/month
- Only one free trial per user
4.4 Price Changes
We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice. Price changes apply to new subscriptions and renewals after the notice period.

5.1 Permitted Use
You may use Alana AI for:
- Personal, non-commercial spiritual guidance and self-development
- Exploring your personality type and spiritual profile

5.2 Prohibited Use
You may NOT:
- Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the App
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the App
- Abuse or overload the AI systems with excessive requests
- Share your account credentials with others
- Resell or redistribute content generated by the App
- Use the App to provide professional services (therapy, counseling, financial advice)
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 App Content
All content in the App (text, graphics, logos, software, algorithms) is owned by or licensed to us and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
6.2 Your Data
You retain all rights to your personal information (birth data, questions, preferences). By using the App, you grant us a license to use this data to provide the service as described in our Privacy Policy.
6.3 AI-Generated Content
Guidance and insights generated by the App are provided for your personal use. You may not republish or commercialize AI-generated content without permission.
7. Disclaimers
7.1 Entertainment Purpose
IMPORTANT: Alana AI is designed for entertainment and personal development purposes only. The guidance provided by the App is NOT:

- Financial, legal, or professional advice
- A substitute for professional consultation
- Guaranteed to be accurate or applicable to your situation
7.2 No Guarantees
We do not guarantee:
- The accuracy of astrological calculations or spiritual interpretations
- That AI responses will be error-free or always relevant
- Uninterrupted or error-free service
- That the App will meet your specific expectations
7.3 AI Limitations
AI-generated responses may contain errors, biases, or inappropriate content. Always use your own judgment when interpreting guidance from the App.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for any decisions you make based on guidance from the App
- Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for your subscription in the past 12 months
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- We are not responsible for third-party services (AdMob, RevenueCat, Google Calendar, AI providers)
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your misuse of the App
- Your violation of any law or third-party rights
10. Third-Party Services
The App integrates with third-party services (Google AdMob, RevenueCat, Google Calendar, Firebase, AI API). These services have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party service issues or changes.
11. Data and Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
12. Termination
12.1 By You
You may terminate your account at any time by:
- Cancelling your subscription through App Store/Play Store settings
- Deleting your account in the App settings
